研究方向:

超高分辨率生物显微成像技术、生物医学影像处理与识别,用户建模、人机交互。


教育和工作经历:

2003~2016年, IBM中国研究院高级研究员, 研究兴趣包含多媒体分析,高分辨率生物成像技术,生物医学影像处理与识别,和基于消费者心理的用户建模。负责部门内相关技术成果的产业化实施,在知识产权孵化,客户渠道营销,场景需求对接,用户体验设计,以及解决方案整合方面有丰富的综合实践经验。

1999~2003年, 微软亚洲研究院访问学生(博士论文联合培养,”基于小波的三维图像压缩”)。

1994~2003年, 本硕博连读, 中国科学技术大学少年班本科, 中科大电子系智能信息通讯专业博士学位,学位论文被评选为中科院优秀博士毕业论文。 


项目经验:

  1. 超高分辨率荧光显微影像分析:2014年诺贝尔化学奖颁给超高分辨率荧光定位显微技术,将传统光学显微镜200纳米的精度极限突破至20纳米,极大推动了生物影像研究进入亚细胞分子级别,对观测基因,蛋白,病毒结构和作用关系等生命现象,进行疾病诊断新药研发都有广阔的应用前景。主流的超高成像技术PALM和STORM原理是通过荧光闪烁多次采样集成形成显微影像,如何通过对多通道的荧光散点成像结果进行图像处理和统计分析,对观测目标的空间结构和共定位关系进行定量分析,辅助生物医学工作者判断,这成为超高分辨率显微的核心研究方向。本课题与显微镜企业合作,开发自动成像分析软件,提供去卷积等图像处理识别的算法包,运用生物学理论,图像分割和机器学习技术对观测对象进行共定位,形状检测和分类统计等分析。

  2. 社交媒体大数据分析与用户建模:运用机器学习,用户建模,智能交互技术,构建心理学认知计算模型与社交协同平台,基于用户上网足迹提取中文文本与行为特征,结合统计机器学习方法,预测个体和群体特有的中国人性格,价值观,生活方式等心理学维度,支撑企业办公协作与电商精准营销。

  3. 视频通信与多媒体压缩:视频和三维图像压缩处理除了对压缩率和信噪比的要求之外,在实际应用场景中还需要考虑主观质量评价,码率动态变化时的自适应传输等要求。本课题重点研究视频图像压缩协议标准与数字版权保护方案。 提出了基于双正交小波基的三维图像与视频可伸缩编码,在提高压缩信噪比的同时支持根据网络带宽条件进行自适应实时解压缩,以及基于不同付费标准控制输出视频质量的数字版权保护方案。
